Who we are

In a world where tofu, soya and vegan salads are dominating the food scene, we proudly offer high quality meat dishes and steaks, locally sourced, freshly cooked and served as they are, grilled without dressings, butter or sauces. Healthy, environment-friendly and super tasty!

You can choose from a wide selection of beef cuts, from 150 g up to 2,3 kg, to share … or not to share! If steaks aren’t your thing there is plenty more to feast on, with some excellent fresh fish, succulent main course lamb, chicken or burger as well as a variety of classic and creative starters and delicious side dishes.

Not forgetting our legendary home-made desserts, a perfect way to end a perfect meal. Vegetarians are always welcome to try our options dedicated to them. Our kid’s corner, with tasty options for the little ones, makes sure the whole family leaves us with a smile.

Our meat

We are proud to use exclusively beef from Dutch Holstein cows, a 'dual-purpose' cattle breed that first provides milk, then enjoys a period of break, to release the stress and gain some fat, and eventually provides high quality and wonderfully tender meat. Reduced environmental impact, better life for the animals and super taste for your steak. Come and take a look at our dry-aging fridge and at our Mibrasa charcoal oven, unbeatable combination for a perfect dinner!

I truly had the best burger I’ve ever tasted and a cold IPA, well two, which went down nicely. Dessert was a nice treat from Marina. Perfect heerlijk en plezierig

Nadat ik overdag langs het restaurant was gelopen, ging ik terug voor het avondeten. Ik had geen reservering, maar het vriendelijke personeel regelde me aan de bar. Het was een drukke avond, maar ik hoefde niet op service te wachten. Het eten was tot in de perfectie bereid - geweldige ingrediënten in aromatische combinaties. De crème brulee als was misschien wel de beste die ik ooit heb gehad.

Relaxed atmosphere and friendly welcome - if you're in the mood for an honest no nonsense steak and nice glass of wine this is a good choice. Great food and service - can highly recommend.

Great experience!

Fabulous meal! Attentive service and great atmosphere. My husband ordered the flank steak and I ordered the petite filet mignon (Ladies cut) both cooked to perfection. We added some French fries and ended the meal with a most excellent cheese platter! All in all a perfect dinner our first night in Amsterdam.
